Complete PMS for property managers

Pros

This PMS is designed to handle the full range of a Property Managers work with detailed features across the different areas of the business. The menu is comprehensive and covers everything well.

Cons

A few features are still being developed but that also feels like a strength because the company is very attentive to customer needs and open to building what clients ask for.

Competitive value and reliability

Pros

Compared with other solutions on the market the 'quality to price' ratio is definitely very competitive. That along with how reliable the platform is makes it a winning choice. We are completely satisfied with this partnership and fully expect to continue working this way for a long time.

Cons

There is not much I can really point to as a downside, the only suggestion I would make is to improve communication with the different municipalities.

Unreliable support and unresolved bugs

Pros

At first glance the interface feels fairly user friendly and the platform offers a solid set of features customized to the holiday rental industry. On paper the integrations with other platforms also seem reasonably capable.

Cons

Dealing with customer support has been extremely frustrating. Phone assistance in Spain is basically unavailable as calls never get answered. Instead the automated system keeps you on hold for several minutes only to send you back to email because "all lines are busy." Email support is not much better. It creates tickets but the responses take too long and usually fail to offer any real solution. There are also serious bugs affecting important features. Optional extras can be set up but they do not attach correctly to reservations. Guests are able to view and choose them yet the services never get registered internally which causes major confusion and misunderstandings. What makes it worse is that this problem was reported the first time it happened and nothing was fixed. Months later the exact same bug came back with another supplement and again there was no progress or resolution. After raising my concerns several times it has become obvious that there is very little accountability or genuine follow up.

cheap price, poor quality

Pros

It's much cheaper than other options in the industry but both the app and the service match that low price meaning the overall quality is very poor.

Cons

The app is extremely limited and the customer support is awful. This seems to be a common complaint among users. They even removed their Google My Business account so people couldn't keep posting negative reviews about their bad experience.

Pros

The 'price to quality' balance is excellent. It's a very complete platform and includes every feature I need.

Cons

Technical support can sometimes take a little while to respond but it's nothing serious.

stagnant updates over the years

Pros

It's easy to use and because it isn't too complex you can learn it fairly quickly.

Cons

What really disappoints me is the lack of progress or meaningful improvements over the years. With other hotel PMS platforms I've used you can clearly see year by year development and customer suggestions being turned into upgrades. With this software the changes have felt minimal and barely noticeable since we started working with you in 2019.

Calendar sync that really delivers

Pros

After using it for a while I'm genuinely very happy with the overall experience. The feature I value most is its calendar management. The way it organizes and displays property availability feels clear and user friendly which lets me handle reservations with a level of efficiency I hadn't been able to get from other platforms. It also syncs really well with distribution channels, helping prevent overbookings and keeping all the information constantly up to date.

Cons

Part that still needs improvement is the chat channel integration with all portals. At the moment it only works with airbnb and that's definitely something they need to improve no matter what.

Excellent API channel connectivity

Pros

The API connection with multiple channels is great! Once the form is fully completed and the photos are uploaded we can access a wide range of connections very easily.

Cons

One limitation is that we still can't manage the Channel Manager 100% for connections and related settings.

Solid value

Pros

Overall the system offers really good value for the price. It works well and the staff usually solve issues quite quickly when something comes up.

Cons

Customer support is not available 24/7 all year round and thats a downside. They only provide service on business days from 9am to 3pm which sometimes falls short for us. There are still quite a few areas that need improvement but compared with other similar platforms it is still a very complete system.

powerful channel sync tools

Pros

The channel manager works really well, the sync features are very useful and the settlement statement generation has been a big help.

Cons

The WhatsApp synchronization still needs improvement and there's an issue with the Booking VAT calculation.

responsive support every step

Pros

There was always a quick response and solid support from the account management team. That made a big difference in helping me clearly understand how the platform works and how to use it properly.

Cons

At the beginning it doesn't feel very user friendly because you have to get used to a new screen layout and there are too many clicks involved.

useful tools, dated interface

Pros

It's reasonably accessible and fairly simple to use overall. One of the strongest parts was the initial training period which helped us understand all of its features and came with very helpful tips and suggestions although it would be better if the guides and explainer videos were more up to date. The support during the first installation was also very valuable: the initial issues were solved quickly and the developer who assisted us was always available and cleared up every doubt. Another positive aspect is the rate management based on property occupancy through the calendar which is very simple to handle. The calendar is easy to edit even if the design is not ideal. The owner registry was also highly appreciated by the owners and it allows accounting to be managed in a fairly flexible way. Setting the settlement parameters is quite complicated but once they are configured correctly they make daily operations much easier.

Cons

At the same time the software can be quite complicated in the way it works and the interface would benefit from improvement especially the calendars. They are very small and can only be viewed on a single line while a layout more similar to portal calendars would be much more practical. The staff management area, including check in assignments, cleaning and departures is not very efficient and is difficult to configure. That section is clearly lacking and would need significant improvements.

Easy setup with integrated channel manager

Pros

Software is very user friendly and quick to get the hang of and having the channel manager built in at no extra cost is a big plus.

Cons

Customer support can be slow and only available during limited hours although that part is improving. The visual design also has plenty of room for improvement.

Pros

One thing I really appreciate about it is how attentive the team is. They genuinely listen to feedback and are always looking into developing the features users ask for.

Cons

The French translation feels a bit mechanical so some parts are not always very readable but it doesn't take long to get used to the interface and find your bearings.

Pros

It offers a wide range of integrations and plenty of customization options.

Cons

The channel manager and some integrations (such as electronic locks) are very unstable. You have to stay on top of everything all the time because when something breaks you as the user are the one who notices it not the software team. In other words they seem to lack any real daily monitoring or auditing to catch issues early. They will not take responsibility for any financial losses caused and you are unlikely to get a satisfactory response. If you manage a large client portfolio you need to be extremely alert and run checks and tests every day because the automations fail quite often as mentioned above.
