“Excellent Customer support

Pros

Customer support has been fantastic! I really appreciate how easy it is to list units, manage applications and track monthly payments and also the feature that helps me figure out how much to rent a unit for has been a huge help.

Cons

It's not as intuitive as I hoped. We can't track expenses by unit yet and the only payment option is direct deposit, which some tenants had trouble setting up correctly.

The system is super easy to use , its easy and packed with features. The support team is amazing, always quick and thorough with responses whenever I had questions.

Pros

Uploading pictures of properties is simple and I love that they push my listings out to multiple sites at once. That's definitely my favorite feature.

Cons

I really wish they had a mobile app. It would make managing the rental process much easier on the go.

For the price, I think the product is a decent one. That's not a knock against it but honestly, it didn't blow me away either.

Just my personal take that I didn't find it very easy to use. I kept having to check the FAQs to figure things out.

The software is solid in many ways but I would like to see more options added. Still it covers my needs for now.

The customer service is great and they really listen when you ask for changes to fit your specific needs. The management team is super responsive and comes up with real solutions.

It somehow feels like learning a new language and takes a while to get the hang of it. Nothing else to add.

Advertising and renting out my apartment is so simple. The platform lets me create ads, get responses and even run background and credit checks on tenants.

Cons

Everything worked fine but emails from interested people had formatting problems that made them hard to read on mobile devices.

Pros

Setting up the product and onboarding tenants is very easy. The software is user friendly and simple to navigate and the tenants love it too since it's free for them and their rent gets deducted automatically each month. Also it handles late fees and invoicing for lockouts without any hassle.

Cons

The system is still in minor development so there are some bugs being fixed. Otherwise, it's straightforward to use and understand.
