Pros

After several months of using this software to handle utility cost statements for two rental units, I'm really satisfied with it. It feels much more comfortable and up to date than the previous software I used. The pricing model is also transparent and fair.

Cons

Everything has met my expectations so far, there's genuinely nothing I'd flag as a downside.

It may be a bit dated at this point but it's still a great software solution which offers us a wide range of features for managing larger housing portfolios.

What's missing is a proper interface for transferring data into other systems through an API or a similar method. That really should be standard by now and feels long overdue to me.

The interface is user-friendly and the explanatory videos are a big help for anyone who struggles a bit with office tasks or simply wants to understand more. It keeps everything clean, legally compliant and well organized, all in one place.

Wish I had something positive to write about this tool.

I created a trial account, linked my bank account, added properties and entered the first rental agreements. After that, nothing worked anymore. When I called, I was told the system can crash. Now almost all of my data is gone again and even when I do manage to log in, everything freezes shortly after. Please keep developing the software and release it only when it actually works.
