Pros
One thing that really stands out with it is how effective its features are. It has helped us maximize profits and a big part of that comes from how well it supports and improves customer service quality. We wanted to take our customer service delivery to a much higher level and this software has really helped us move in that direction.
Cons
Up to this point we honestly haven't had anything to dislike about it. Since we began using it the software has given us the proper tracking we needed and it has been performing exactly as expected.
