All in one hotel boost

Pros

Running our hotel has become much more efficient with this all in one software and service platform. Our staff picked it up quickly and actually enjoys using it which has made daily engagement much better. The free website design is excellent and it has helped us bring in a lot more direct bookings. The PMS is easy to work with and anytime something comes up, the customer support team is very responsive and helpful. Since signing up we've seen higher ROI, better customer satisfaction and overall a much more optimized operation at the property.

Cons

A few of the modules still need a little more polishing but they're actively being improved and the company keeps releasing new and useful features. It really comes down to being a bit patient while they continue refining things. There honestly aren't many true all in one solutions like this software so even with those areas still evolving we've been impressed by what they continue to roll out.
