Reliable front-desk favorite

Pros

Check-Inn PMS has been a dependable system in my experience. It's simple and user-friendly, keeps my front-desk tasks efficient, handles reservations quickly and offers efficient OTA integration along with useful accounting features.

Cons

A downside worth noting for me is that it depends a lot on local installation so backups and updates have to be done manually. It also misses some of the newer cloud-based capabilities and remote access options that more modern PMS platforms usually offer.

handy guest history tools

Pros

Checking guests in is easy for me and the software comes with really useful features like guest history and readily available data.

Cons

At times it can be slow to load for me and the time zone settings feel odd.
