“Customer service is amazing

Pros

The support team is quick to respond and always open to feedback. They actively seek ways to improve and have already made changes based on our suggestions.

Cons

The document folder customization options are limited. I believe more flexibility in this area would be helpful.

“Strong features with an easy start

Pros

Platform's investor onboarding functionality is great, with built in accreditation verification. The waterfall calculator works as expected and the ACH payment integration allows investors to transfer funds and receive distributions electronically, which really streamlines the process.

Cons

The only downside is that it's easy to get lost in the different configuration screens. However, given the wide range of features and customization options, it's understandable. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes much more manageable.

It's easy to track client positions and transactions. Customer support is excellent and overall, the platform works well.

I have not used all the features yet but everything I have explored so far has been easy to manage and effective.

The platform is very easy to use and user friendly, making it efficient to find what I need. It simplifies everything and has an amazing interface.

I don't like that when I have co-sponsors, they have to handle tasks like uploading documents on their end instead of me being able to manage everything. I didn't get enough guidance on how to make the most of the platform and remove projects when we first subscribed, which led to a higher renewal cost. The team was great in helping resolve the issue, but it would have been helpful to know this from the start.

“Useful but a bit expensive

Pros

Client portal allows investors to track their accounts, make distributions and generate statements easily. This has been a huge benefit for both us and our investors.

Cons

The platform feels expensive especially since we are only managing funds and not raising as much capital as expected.

The layout is simple and easy to navigate. Customer support is helpful and the distribution features are solid, it helps us stay organized.

More reporting features would be useful specially one that tracks email open rates. It would be great to have a broader report, not just in the contact view.

It would be helpful to have a delay option for email deliveries especially when sending reports at scheduled times.

Data is easy to access and both our team and investors can view important information with just a click. It's organized and simple to use.

Its setup had a learning curve but anyways once I got used to it, it became easier.

Ease of use stands out above everything else. We have looked at plenty of other investor portals and it's clear that the InvestNext team designed their platform specifically for our industry. And their support team is always available and incredibly helpful.

Cons

Hubspot integration isn't available yet, but I know the team is working on it so I'm looking forward to that feature.
