Running background checks with this software is refreshingly quick and easy. The process is simple so I can get the information I need without navigating complicated forms or waiting around for results. It saves time, reduces friction and gives me confidence that the checks are done thoroughly and efficiently.

One of the best parts for me is the syndication feature. I also really appreciate the financial side of the software since it lets you keep your workflow organized and manage tenant information all in one place.

Honestly I don't really have any complaints. I genuinely enjoy using the software and it's very simple to operate.

Handling everything from management and leasing to training and daily operations feels very easy. On the leasing side being able to run background checks directly from the application screen in about a minute is a major advantage. For management tasks, billing, rent posting and reporting are all fast and simple to manage.

Cons

Something that would make it even better is showing money order numbers on the payment ledger especially when a money order needs to be reviewed later.

Managing several apartment buildings takes a fraction of the time now with the software. The program is simple to figure out and handles nearly every part of my property management work in one place. It's much quicker than keeping track of everything across different spreadsheets and systems.

I don't have any complaints. The software is easy to use and transactions that used to be an inconvenience to monitor are now much more simplified.

One thing that really stands out as a property owner is the full feedback loop for renters. It keeps everyone transparent, accountable and current because it automatically sends statements to renters so they always know exactly what has been posted and what they still owe.

Even though the platform works well on mobile and our maintenance staff use it on their smartphones there still isn't a dedicated Google app.
