“Rental management made better
Pros
Managing rental properties for our investors now feels much more organized and it's also really convenient for handling viewings and keeping open days well organized.
Cons
Honestly there's not much to complain about. We switched over from paper diary records and this has been a huge step up in terms of productivity compared with how we worked before.

“handy reports for analysis
Pros
The reporting feature is really useful. It makes downloading the reports needed for achievement analysis quick and simple.
Cons
One thing missing is a report for 'Letting only' to help analyze the management percentage. It's also not very convenient to edit and send documents that use images. For example when sending a Christmas card we usually create it as a PDF so we always have to upload it first before we can send it.

“Feature packed and portal connected
Pros
It comes loaded with features, has direct connections to the property portals and offers plenty of room to store detailed property information.
Cons
Support used to be just a phone call away but now everything has to go through a ticket first and the wait can sometimes be up to 24 hours. That's really frustrating when something urgent needs sorting the same day.

“helpful support but weak mobile access
Pros
Whenever something comes up and I need help with the software I can usually just check the FAQ or contact customer service. Both have been really helpful.
Cons
The mobile version still needs work. When I'm out in meetings with clients it isn't very convenient to access.

“All in One property Hub
Pros
It gives a complete view of the entire property portfolio. Everything is highly connected and it includes a wide range of property management tools. Having landlords, tenants and contractors all managed within the same platform makes the whole process much more efficient.
Cons
Although the software is generally easy to use, an autofill feature would make it even better. From time to time data entry can still be a bit time consuming.
