Pros
Standout part is how complete and dependable the system feels. The channel manager is stable, the synchronizations are always on time and the PMS is genuinely designed for people who manage operations across multiple properties. The integrations are also very solid and the booking management is clear and organized which helps cut down on mistakes and wasted time. Another strong point is the support team which is well informed, practical and focused on solving real issues.
Cons
Because the platform includes a lot of features it takes a bit of time at the beginning to use it to its full potential. It's nothing serious but spending some time on the initial setup is important if you want to get the best results from it.

Pros
The customer support is excellent and the platform is very user friendly.
Cons
The setup is fairly complex but the support team is always there to help whenever needed. Once everything is configured, it really organizes the whole process and I honestly couldn't do without it now. The subscription price also feels more than fair.

It covers everything we need in one platform so it's been a really good match for our business.
Cons
Getting everything set up takes quite a bit of work at the beginning although the team is very helpful throughout the process. A few documents are also generated in Italian which feels odd for our customers.

“Good booking design but rough setup”
Pros
Front end design was the first thing that convinced me to try this platform. After doing a lot of research on similar tools for online direct booking in hospitality I didn't come across anything else that matched this software when it comes to polished design and the overall UX/UI experience.
Cons
Unless you're a very experienced user with a lot of patience I wouldn't really suggest putting your time or money into it. Even though the back end includes a huge range of functions, getting everything configured (even for a business with just two properties) can take months and comes with plenty of frustrating moments. Once you log into the interface it feels overwhelming right away. There are so many settings and options that you end up spending countless hours trying to set up every little detail. The product was clearly built from the ground up for hospitality businesses but unless you already know the industry inside out and have substantial experience working with similar systems or platforms like Airbnb or Booking you'll hit several roadblocks very quickly. Honestly even as someone highly experienced in hospitality I still ran into a lot of barriers. Support is average at best. They do have a large documentation library but many of the knowledge base articles I found were either entirely in Italian even after switching the language to English or written in English with key terminology still left in Italian. I raised this issue multiple times but it never seemed to get much attention. It's an Italian company trying to expand across Europe but there's still a lot they need to improve. Support will occasionally respond the same day but more often than not you have to chase them for an answer even when the issue is urgent.

Pros
One thing that really makes this software stand out is the very fast and knowledgeable Italian chat support. The reporting features for managing third party accounts along with the tools for vacation rental bureaucracy like ISTAT, guest registration, city tax and electronic invoicing make it feel quite unique compared with other solutions. All the pricing related functions and the channel manager are excellent. The booking engine and all the connected features are also very complete and genuinely help reduce dependence on intermediaries.
Cons
Setting everything up is fairly complex so it takes time and the documentation is not fully complete. The team at KrossBooking is available to explain what needs to be done.

Pros
Feels very easy to start off with the system and it's flexible enough to customize to what you need. The interface makes it simple to see your bookings and income at a glance which is really helpful day to day. On top of that the customer support is outstanding, the team is always within reach by whatsapp, email or phone whenever help is needed.
Cons
Something to keep in mind is that the software is still being translated so a few options aren't yet available in every language. But it's clearly getting better over time and the sections not yet offered in English or Spanish are gradually becoming fewer.

Pros
I use it to manage three apartments in my agriturismo and it works really well. It's very complete, advanced and practical for everyday use. The cost is low and the overall value you get from it is excellent.
Cons
Some extra services require additional payment. It's also not possible to speak directly with support, only chat with them. The mobile version still needs improvement because adding new bookings isn't very convenient.

Pros
Everything feels very user friendly and simple to work with. It comes with detailed functions, is clearly built specifically for holiday rentals and the price feels fair for what it offers.
Cons
I have not been using this channel manager for very long so I have not really come across any major downsides yet. The only small limitation so far is that the number of channels you can connect is somewhat limited although the basic setup is possible.
