Pros
Because a technical onboarding resource guided us through the process fast, getting started was easy. The entire setup was finished within just a few weeks.
Cons
One downside was that the presales engineer wasn't the same person who handled the implementation.

Pros
It is easy to customize to fit our business needs. Plus the platform is user friendly and the reporting features provide detailed insights. Also it allows for geo tracking apps, photo uploads and security measures to protect data.
Cons
