I feel the interface could be more streamlined. This is purely a cosmetic issue, though. Everything else is excellent!

The product is simple, intuitive, and visually appealing. The standout feature is the monthly import it generates for our ASC842 calculation. With minimal adjustments needed for our accounting software, and an upcoming API connection, we've saved over 100 hours of desk time in the past 18 months.

Cons

I truly don't see any shortcomings with the product. Any issues are due to a lack of detail in our own leases, which is reflected in Leasecake. With accurate and reliable information, Leasecake's features will optimize data viewing and maintenance, ensuring no deficiencies from their side.

I can keep track of payments, lease expirations and increases, and late payers without making numerous calls. Missing an increase and having to request a large check from a tenant months later is a thing of the past.

No "cons" so far; the Leasecake team has been proactive and attentive to the few minor issues we've encountered.

It saves me at least five hours a week compared to using spreadsheets and calendar reminders to track my 50+ tenants. My colleagues and I always have easy access to current lease and contact information. Collecting rent is much easier now that my tenants can pay electronically, and we spend far less time chasing down checks.
