“all permits in one place”

Pros

Since we started using it, we've reduced a lot of manual work. We no longer have to track licenses and permit renewals through Excel spreadsheets which has saved us time. Pulling monthly and quarterly inspection reports is now much faster and having all the required documents stored in one platform has been extremely useful for me.

Cons

At this point, I haven't come across anything I'm dissatisfied with.

One thing I really appreciate is being able to customize forms and create inspections based on our needs. That flexibility makes the software useful in many different situations.

The interface can be a bit challenging for people who aren't very comfortable with technology.

It does a great job of keeping track of things that are easy to forget, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and other recurring tasks. That has helped me avoid problems that could happen when important maintenance items get missed.

I really haven't run into any issues that weren't caused by our own company settings. That said, it would still be nice if the program had a bit more AI-driven intuition.

Pros

Using this software has definitely felt like a big improvement compared to relying on Google Forms. I find the workflow much smoother and more practical for day-to-day tasks.

Report creation feels less simple than with other enterprise platforms out there. I end up spending far too much time clicking around just to figure out what each option does.

Our team stays much more organized with this platform and I especially appreciate the alerts for upcoming contract, license and certificate expiration dates. The customization options also fit our workflow really well.

Around our office, we actually refer to it as our "chore chart" because it keeps everyone accountable and helps us avoid forgetting important tasks during busy periods.

A few tasks show up multiple times and I'm not able to remove them unless I get permission from my manager. Some of the reports are also not sized very well and it would be much better if they could be customized more specifically for the property.

The sales presentation sounded very impressive but in my experience, the navigation itself could be more user-friendly and easier to move around in.

Cons

The real interface uses terminology that feels foreign to the industry. In our case, compliance means finishing on the required due date, not sometime by the end of the month. It's also missing great item search, reporting and BI capabilities.

Having one central place to store and manage all onsite reports has been a really valuable part of using this system for me.

Cons

One challenge is that the onsite teams are reluctant to use their personal devices to enter data. We're trying to figure out a solution but until that happens, the program isn't being used to its full potential by our teams.

I like how polished and professional the final downloaded reports look once everything is completed and exported.

Tracking down the reports and getting them printed is pretty frustrating. The instructions also aren't very clear which makes the process harder than it should be.

Managing workflows for preventive maintenance across more than 40 properties has become much more reliable with it. I appreciate how it helps our team stay organized even when responsibilities shift or staff turnover happens.

Cons

At the executive level, I rely on our team to make sure the software is being implemented correctly and used properly across the sites. Since I'm not in it every day, it can be harder to navigate from my perspective but honestly that would probably be the case with any platform we use.

Pros

Updating tasks feels very easy and I like how it helps our team stay on track with the right schedule for every requirement. Everyone can clearly see their responsibilities within the system as well.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is the option to color-code certain workflow items. For example, it would be helpful if Incident Reports could change from red to green only once they're fully submitted, since our teams often leave a lot of incomplete IR workflows sitting open.
