Pros
Right away it feels polished and simple to use. The interface looks good, everything is laid out clearly and it's simple to move through your listings and make updates without any confusion. The design is clean and user friendly which makes daily use much more pleasant. Another big advantage is having all listings managed from one dashboard. That centralized setup makes it much easier to keep track of property details, pricing and availability across multiple platforms without bouncing between different systems.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is that it is also available to other property owners and managers which can create more competition across travel websites. That may make it harder to stand out and win bookings in a crowded market. There's also the cost factor. This software usually charges a fee or commission for using the service so while it can help improve profitability those added expenses should still be considered to make sure the platform fits your budget and financial plans.

Pros
Being free is a huge plus and getting it installed was quick and easy. Using it day to day also feels very simple and convenient.
Cons
The back office still needs to be more strong and I'd really like to see full accounting features added.

Honestly the biggest advantage with it is that it's free. It makes it really simple to keep every day on my property booked and I don't get why more people aren't using it.
Cons
Since it's still a new company, there's definitely space for it to grow and get better. That said I'm excited to be part of the first group using it.

Pros
Using this software made handling rentals really easy and it simplified the whole process even more. Whenever questions came up the team was very well informed and got back to me quickly with helpful answers.
Cons
Everything has been going really well so far and I honestly can't think of anything that would have made the experience better.

“Fair pricing and channel sync”
Pros
Something I really appreciate is that owners don't pay any commission or fixed subscription fee since only the traveler is charged. It's also free to use although the platform collects the payment first and then transfers it to the client. Another advantage is being able to keep the same pricing across all channels and the direct Airbnb API connection is very useful as well.
Cons
The downside is that if you stop using the platform you basically end up back at square one because your listing ads across the different channels can be lost. There are also extra charges tied to the merchant processing partner which is worth keeping in mind.

Pros
One of the best parts is the free channel manager which lets me distribute my property across more than 60 platforms and get a lot more visibility. It also offers free synchronization for all of my properties and listings which helps keep everything updated. On top of that the payment processing feature is really useful since I can charge guests directly from Booking and Expedia. The setup process was also simple and didn't take much effort to get started.
Cons
Biggest frustration has been the lack of support. I tried calling for two days and no one answered and every call eventually went to voicemail. If the support team were quicker and actually responsive I would honestly rate it 10/10.

Pros
The platform initially sounded appealing because it promised smooth listing imports though that claim turned out not to be accurate.
Cons
Unfortunately the system isn't integrated well enough to provide a reliable audit trail and it's missing basic functions. After we implemented it we learned that its automated notifications said the channel had charged the customer which was not actually true. We also received fraud alerts from the channel about certain reservations but the software had no record of that in its system at all almost as if that status didn't exist. When we called them for help we were told reservation cancellations could only be handled by calling or messaging them directly which felt very unusual though we still instructed them to cancel. At the same time we were bombarded with repeated notices (15 within five minutes) saying the guest had not paid and that we needed to make sure they were charged. So on one side it emailed us saying the channel had already charged the guest (even though that was false and not the channel's normal process) while on the other side they were also emailing us telling us to collect payment. After all of that the platform still charged us their commission. Then they charged commission on another canceled reservation and then another canceled reservation as well. Eventually we spoke with someone who refused to say what their title was (although another employee let it slip that it was the President Kimball) who told us they were ending the relationship with us yet they continue billing us anyway.

Pros
Booking a place to stay for a holiday was really simple with this software. I especially appreciated being able to enter payment details directly through the platform instead of dealing with the owner separately. The biggest advantage was how quickly I could confirm the reservation which helped me avoid the double booking issues I had run into on other websites before. I'd definitely recommend planning ahead and booking well in advance so you have a better chance of getting the dates and location you want.
Cons
This isn't really an issue with the software itself but I probably never would have discovered the site if a friend hadn't shared it with me.

Right from the moment I landed on the site the bright and attractive design grabbed my attention. The tabs made it simple to find exactly what I needed without any confusion. Each page also included plenty of information so I always knew what I was looking at and didn't have to jump around through a bunch of different pages.
Cons
Section showing what other people are saying feels a bit too large for my taste. I understand the idea behind highlighting user opinions but it comes across as one oversized tab with a small face attached to it. While seeing someone's face is a nice touch it doesn't really feel necessary and personally I wouldn't want my own face displayed like that.

Pros
Starting off with the software feels easy because the platform is user friendly, simple and effective. I'd feel comfortable relying on it especially since there are several ways to reach the company if support is ever needed. It's also completely free to sign up and they only make money when I do which gives me confidence that they'll keep working hard to give every listing as much exposure as possible.
Cons
At first I had a few questions about the fees that come directly from the channels but the Common Questions section cleared most of that up and the website also makes it simple to contact the sales team directly if anything still needs clarification.

Pros
Using it has been a huge time saver. The concept is brilliant and the platform is very simple to use. Instead of posting a rental on dozens of different sites and then trying to manage bookings and calendars everywhere this platform handles all of that for you. It's incredibly convenient.
Cons
A limitation is that if you already have accounts on certain vacation rental websites you may not be able to transfer your existing reviews. Even so the added exposure from listing in more places through this platform more than makes up for that in my opinion.

Pros
Being able to use this software without paying for it directly has been a huge plus. It really helps that I can list and manage my properties across so many booking sites from one dashboard. Once all of my properties were imported into the software handling everything became pretty effortless.
Cons
The software can be a little buggy at times but the customer support is excellent. On the few occasions I ran into a problem their team responded quickly and got it sorted out for me.
