Customer support team has been excellent! Professional, well informed and always ready to help. We've been using the service since last summer as beta users.
Cons
Once a tenant pays rent it's simple to keep track of the lease, payments and all communication in one place. I've been very happy with the platform overall.

“great AI automation for rentals”
Pros
Their AI automation has been a big help for me. It takes a lot of work off my plate especially with rent collection, tenant communication and managing maintenance requests.
Cons
A limitation is that the software is built for long term rentals and we are considering moving into the airbnb/short term rental space. I'd love to see them add support for short term rentals in the future.
