Pros
After going through three different POS systems in the past 18 months this is the one that finally worked for us. This software has been a real win. Customer support was one of our biggest priorities and their team has been outstanding. They know how to explain things clearly to someone who is not very tech savvy and they have been more than willing to take the time to teach me how to use the system properly.
Cons
The reporting side has been a challenge for me. Creating a report on my own is not very easy. That said their customer service team has stepped in every time and has been very helpful whenever I cannot get a report to do what I need.

“Mobile POS from anywhere”
Pros
One of the best parts is being able to access the software from any internet connection which makes running a mobile point of sale really convenient.
Cons
It does feel somewhat limited in how certain tasks can be handled and there are some areas where it doesn't offer much flexibility.

“great booking and quickbooks sync”
Pros
Booking reservations in this software is very simple and the QuickBooks integration makes the accounting side incredibly convenient. Setup was easy and the system gives me a complete layout of my marina which makes assigning and booking slips much easier.
Cons
I wish it would let me print a more detailed invoice directly from the software. It's also frustrating that reservations can't be entered for dates beyond today or the day before. There are times when I need to enter a reservation that started several days ago like a week or even three days back but the system won't allow it and forces the reservation to begin with today's date instead. I'd also like the option to manually charge for electric and water usage without having to assign meters and meter numbers during check in. Sometimes boaters decline water or electric at arrival and then change their mind later and if a meter wasn't selected at check in it becomes far too complicated to add those charges afterward. There should be a way to apply any marina related charges at checkout including water, ice, electric or other fees.

“Harbor map and centralized control”
Pros
Having all of our information managed in one place has been the biggest advantage of this software. Paired with the visual harbor map it has significantly improved the way we handle daily operations. On top of that there are plenty of other features in the platform that have also made a real impact.
Cons
Like with any new system or process a few things come up over time that need to be addressed. Whenever that has happened the team has responded right away and been very helpful. Honestly I can't really point to any real downsides to using this software.

“helpful marina map visibility”
Pros
The Marina Map has been really useful because it makes checking and referencing availability much more simple.
Cons
One part that didn't work well was having customers pay at the time of check in. We normally send invoices through QuickBooks and it would be much more useful if the system could prorate the rent based on the date their marina tenancy officially begins.
