Pros
Having everything I need in one place is why this software is really convenient to use. Resident communication, financial tracking and maintenance requests are all available from a single dashboard which helps keep daily tasks organized.
Cons
The communication side of it still needs work. Messages and documents tend to pile up and it becomes hard to work through everything without losing track of important information.
