“handles rent-controlled units well”
Pros
In my case managing my rent-controlled portfolio with this has been really helpful. I've also used it for third-party management of cooperative units and it makes handling maintenance increases and assessments very easy.
Cons
It's not the priciest option on the market but it definitely isn't cheap either. That said, it does feel like you get what you pay for.
