“Wordpress plugin that fit perfectly”
Pros
Since our website was already built and running on WordPress being able to add this plugin and simply adjust a few details for our specific accommodations made the whole process really convenient. It matched our site design well and we were able to get everything set up and live without much trouble.
Cons
The one part of the plugin I'm not too fond of is how past, current and abandoned bookings are organized in the main list. It would be much better if the default filtering could be adjusted so upcoming bookings appear first without needing to re sort by date every time. It's only a few extra clicks but improving that would make a real difference.

“reliable booking and calendar sync”
Pros
Running a small inn with different seasons and pricing setups, this has matched our needs really well. It lets guests book online, sends out confirmation emails automatically and keeps the website calendar synced with the inn's VRBO calendar so availability stays accurate in real time on both sides. The online forum is also very thorough which makes it possible to sort out a lot of questions or minor issues without having to open a support ticket.
Cons
Any time support is needed directly the response time is quite slow. They do work with you to fix the issue but it usually takes about a week to get it resolved.

Pros
Their support team has been a positive part of using the software. They usually get back to me within 1-2 days which feels perfectly acceptable by my standards.
Cons
Product seems to be built mostly with the US market in mind. Their understanding of the European market feels quite limited and a fairly basic update needed for Europe took them two years to finally put in place.

Pros
Starting with just one house or accommodation, the pricing still feels fair and reasonable. Right from the beginning, the solution includes useful and important features that give you what you need to grow and scale over time.
Cons
The weaker part is the hotel reviews add on especially if you're working with different language layers.
