Getting it up and running felt somewhat clunky and the interface came across as a little outdated but the software itself appeared to work fairly well overall. It simply wasn't the right fit for the setup I was trying to achieve.

Support replies felt dismissive and even gaslighting as they seemed to twist my words instead of actually helping. The way the situation was handled came across as unprofessional and misleading which made the whole experience very disappointing. See full review for more details.

Pros

Has been a really dependable booking calendar for us. We've used it for years and have never run into overbooking issues. Even during the busiest seasons everything runs very well as long as it's set up properly. Another advantage is the support team who work hard to answer any questions that come up.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is a sticky 'accommodation' section in the booking calendar while the rest of the calendar can scroll or move. Something similar to the way the Booking.com calendar works.

Honestly there's barely anything positive to mention. It doesn't really deliver on what it promises and feels like a very limited plugin overall. The functions are unclear, the documentation is practically nonexistent and custom modifications don't seem possible at all.

Adding to this there's no automatic update service so every update has to be done manually. Customer service is terrible as well and responses are painfully slow.

Getting this hotel booking plugin up and running was affordable and fairly simple which makes it a solid option for hotel booking needs. At times though setting everything up the way I want can feel a little inconvenient.

I bought the plugin and tested it but it turned out not to be the product I was actually looking for. Even though I asked for a refund just 3 days after buying it they would not return my money. On top of that getting access to the full set of features costs more than 600 EUR.

Pretty much everything else was disappointing. It seems to be carried mostly by a large number of reviews and a few polished demo sites. Once you actually try using it the setup is frustrating and it's nowhere near as flexible or capable as the documentation makes it sound.

I set up this plugin on a site I built for a client who runs a motel in Yaounde with the goal of launching online room reservations for football players and supporters during the 2022 African Cup of Nations. It turned out to be very useful for that purpose and worked effectively throughout the project. I'd describe it as easy to configure and reliable for handling reservations. Booking management is convenient, the customization options are strong and it supports several online payment methods including local payment options commonly used in Cameroon. It also offers multicurrency support and Channel Manager integration which helps keep room availability synchronized across multiple OTAs and other booking platforms.

That said there are still a few areas where it could be better. While I was able to meet my client's needs I noticed it has limitations when it comes to more advanced features and integrations. It's particularly difficult to get a truly clear picture of total revenue because the available data isn't detailed enough for proper tracking. Customer support also feels weaker than what I've seen from many other services. I really think the company should consider adding live support on its website especially since software users often need quick assistance and that's where many digital businesses are heading today.

Everything feels carefully designed and complete with nothing important left out. I had previously bought a hotel theme from another provider and ended up disappointed because a lot of key things were missing. Thankfully I discovered this softwares themes and plugins afterward. I first bought one theme and now I use the full bundle that includes everything available on their website. As for the products themselves there's a wide selection of themes and plenty of practical plugins that really help with growing the business. Their customer service is excellent as well and the website chat makes it very convenient to ask a quick question. They usually help resolve small issues within minutes. I genuinely love this and wish them continued success because they truly deserve it!

Whenever I need to fix or tweak something behind the scenes in the software plugins and can't remember the steps I end up depending on 4/5 year old tutorials by their rep. She clearly knows the product inside and out but the software has gone through a few updates over the years so I really expected more current tutorials by now. I'd also love to have a PDF guide with clear instructions.

There's nothing positive I can point to because it doesn't even function properly not even the hotel search bar. Every single page needs extra CSS scripting just to attempt to make it usable and the whole thing turns into a nightmare.

Keeping bookings updated from external booking platforms is absolutely necessary but it does not handle cancellations from Booking.com properly which throws my own website into chaos. Every cancelled Booking.com reservation has to be removed manually in it and that process is painfully time consuming and prone to mistakes. It became such a serious problem with double bookings happening that even as a small business I ended up having to hire a booking management company.

It has been a really solid plugin to use with plenty of extensions available to add more functions when needed. The support team is outstanding and has been one of the best parts of the experience.

Before Andre and his team stepped in my website wasn't doing much for me. After they worked their magic it turned into a fully functional site that's up and running and able to take bookings properly. They can also put together a complete working website from the ground up. I'm genuinely a fan now.
