“Dependable tool
Pros
The interface is really user friendly. And since it is SQL-based, the file setup is well organized which makes writing queries much easier for us.
Cons
We stopped using MRI back in 2018 because it didn't seem to get updates as often as other competitors.

Pros
One thing I like the most is that the support team responded very quickly whenever we needed help.
Cons
Support for the Citrix environment was handled on MRI's side instead of ours, so we had to open tickets rather than directly helping end users which caused a few problems for us.

Pros
My goal was just to cancel the contract and move away from this product.
Cons
It is simply awful. I mean you basically need a master�s degree to figure it out and their support is practically nonexistent.

None. I found all the company's claims to be misleading.
Cons
MRI Commercial Management is full of bugs and the customer service is simply terrible. Also the programs don't deliver any useful results. So I would not recommend it to anyone.

“Quite a reliable tool
Pros
Navigation is simple with both web and Windows versions available. Plus reporting is easy to develop, querying is also simple and user access and roles are clearly defined. Overall I like it!
Cons
The interface could definitely be improved. Also I feel like the SQL and development features should be expanded to cover the web version too.

Pros
This program covers everything Yardi does but costs less. Also the property management features are pretty awesome and it handles CAM charges very well saving me a lot of time.
Cons
I find it pretty expensive to set up and the software itself costs a lot. Plus the annual fees are too high mainly for smaller companies.

Pros
It is pretty easy to use, quite flexible and highly customizable across all modules and report layouts. Overall very user-friendly and I would say one of the best options in real estate software.
Cons
Well it works well only for real estate investment or property management firms but I would say it is not suitable for other industries.
