“paperless workflows and secure portal”
Pros
We were impressed with the ability to go paperless which has made a big difference for us especially with all the features available to support that. It also helps maintain confidentiality since everything goes through the portal and both landlords and participants are required to use it as well.
Cons
The report writer was the part I liked least because it didn't seem to provide any additional report options beyond the ones already built into the system.

For our needs, using it for residential multifamily units has been very easy and the platform feels simple to work with.
