Getting started was very easy and moving over data from my previous software was simple as well. The platform feels user friendly and didn't take much effort to learn.

Cons

I'd still like to see more built in options or additional plugins. One thing I appreciate is that more features are included in the platform and I'd rather not rely on separate apps for tenant background checks or for tenants to complete virtual inspections.

Right away the interface feels very user friendly for both landlords and renters. The layout is well designed, pages are simple to move through and the search tool makes it easy to find what you need.

The only thing I'd like to see improved is having more payment options available.

Platform feels simple to use from the beginning. The interface is laid out clearly, the text is easy to read and the soft color palette makes everything look pleasant. Getting around the site is also simple which makes it accessible for most users.

One thing that needs improvement is the lack of error details when registration forms are filled out incompletely. There's also no email verification during sign up so users can register with a fake email address.

Since online transactions can be a concern it's reassuring that the platform offers secure payment options and makes me feel confident when paying rent through the site.

Using this software has been a really pleasant experience. The platform is easy to figure outand the interface feels simple and not overwhelming at all which makes it very accessible. It also keeps property details updated in real time so the information stays current. Another advantage is the lease signing process since it allows documents to be signed electronically with e signatures.

There really is not much to complain about. It does what it is supposed to do without issues and considering that it is free to use I have no real complaints.

Handling rentals through this software has been a really positive experience. The site is very easy to use and moving between pages feels flexible and simple. As a landlord I'd say it's one of the most user friendly platforms I've worked with for managing rentals. Being able to add items to the 'to do' list is also one of my favorite features on the site and makes it even more useful.

Cons

Honestly there wasn't anything specific that stood out to me in a negative way. Everything on the site feels useful, clear and pretty self explanatory.
