All in one reservations control

Pros

Running reservations used to be a challenge for us especially when it came to tracking availability, rates and guest details without mistakes. Since switching to this software everything is centralized, well organized and much easier to access which has saved us a lot of time and helped cut down on errors. Apart from this the customer support has been excellent. Whenever anything comes up, the team responds quickly and is genuinely helpful. They have also gone beyond basic support by recommending ways to get more out of the platform and improve our bookings.

Cons

The add on integrations with external interfaces are definitely valuable but because the platform works internationally there are times when you still need to look for region specific partners to get the best collaboration.

reliable syncing

Pros

Right away the user friendly interface made the system comfortable to work with. Rate management is simple and the synchronization with Booking.com, Agoda and other channels works smoothly. Also the support team has been outstanding whenever needed.

Cons

Everything has been handled professionally from what I've seen although there's always some room for improvement.

Dependable cloud tools for hotels

Pros

Very convenient to run hotel operaions with it because the platform is cloud based so staff can log in from any device with an internet connection. That makes it practical to handle reservations, room assignments and other daily tasks even while moving around. It also comes with a high level of customization including options for adjusting room rates, creating automated alerts and setting up the system to match operational needs. Other than that it includes strong operational tools such as real time reservation management, letting staff check and update room availability quickly along with features for housekeeping, billing and other essential hotel functions. The reporting side is also very useful with customizable reports that give clear insight into performance, occupancy, revenue and related metrics. That information helps support better planning and smarter decisions. Overall it is a dependable and user friendly choice for hotel managers who want to improve and organize their operations.

Cons

The interface could still use some improvement and multilingual support should be expanded.

Pros

The software is generally user friendly and cloud based which makes it convenient to access and work with.

Cons

Customer support is not very accommodating. Every issue needs a ticket to be raised and the resolution usually takes a few hours which can be critical during hotel operations.

powerful and complete platform

Pros

From day one it has felt like a very complete system while still being super accessible to use. It covers everything in one product: Front Office, Back Office, E distribution, POS, interfaces, Guest Services and much more. Also new features are being released constantly which shows the product keeps evolving.

Cons

I can't think of any real downsides. If anything they keep surprising me with new improvements and added features across the system and tools.

Starting off with this software was simple and the deployment process went very well. Customer support has also been reliable and helpful whenever needed.

Cons

Clear calendar

Pros

Right away it feels very accessible and user friendly. Making reservations only takes a few clicks and some basic details which saves a lot of time. The calendar view gives a clear snapshot of the property and current availability and being able to check occupancy and revenue with a single click is extremely useful for daily tracking. It doesn't take much to get comfortable with the system either since anyone with basic PMS knowledge can learn it quickly without much training. Also their support team is very helpful whenever an issue comes up.

Cons

A mobile application would give the software an added advantage.

Pros

Being internet based is a big plus and I can log into it from home without any trouble as well.

Cons

One thing that's missing is a proper breakdown of the BB revenue. At the moment we only see the total for the entire month. We also don't get dummy bookings created for NO SHOW reservations.

feature rich and budget friendly

Pros

From the start the software felt very effective. It comes with more features than most properties will probably ever use and nearly everything I was looking for was already built in. The pricing is also very reasonable for what the product offers. On top of that the sales and training teams have been very accommodating and cordial throughout the process.

Cons

Because there are so many features the interface can feel cluttered at times. Customization is also not very easy and in many cases it ends up not getting completed. Another challenge is the lack of face to face interaction which lowered my confidence level at first and also made requests for changes or customization much harder to communicate.

Pros

Getting started with the software can feel a bit complicated when you dive into all the detailed features. Still for the basic functions it becomes understandable fairly quickly with a little practice. The customer support team is excellent and really stands out.

Cons

There is nothing I particularly dislike about it. It just takes some time to explore the system and get familiar with how everything works. Other than that the support team is very patient and always available on call even to help with small issues.

best cloud based choice

Pros

After dealing with server issues in the on site software I used before I started looking for a cloud based option. This software has met all of my requirements. Also the support team really listens and responds to every question and request. The software is user friendly as well. Thanks!

helpful staff but too complex

Pros

The support team has been helpful but nothing is connected to the channels yet. I'm still waiting for that setup to be completed so I can actually use the system properly.

Cons

Right now it feels overly complicated. There are too many options and it ends up creating a lot of extra work even though I bought it to cut down on manual tasks.
