As a rental owner this software has been a really valuable tool. It comes with plenty of features that support the everyday tasks involved in running the business and helps keep things organized.

Because it includes so many features it can take a few days to fully understand how everything works but the support team is excellent and really helps you get up to speed.

Back when I first started using this software it was practically still in a beta stage. Since then my colleagues and I have been really pleased with the way the software has evolved. The developer paid close attention to customer feedback and made a real effort to shape the product around our needs. That direction has made a big difference and it shows. Well done!

The software runs well overall although it does take a little time to get familiar with everything and use it to its full potential.

A big plus for me is the wide range of supported channels along with the helpful customer support and the booking engine. I also really appreciate the invoicing feature! It has actually saved me money since I no longer need separate invoice software :)

Cons

Only thing I'd improve is the statistics section which could look a bit nicer visually. Aside from that however everything else is really good and simple to use

Something that matters most to me is the peace of mind the software gives me with my reservations especially because it helps prevent overbookings. It's also simple to use and comes with plenty of useful features.

Haven't run into any downsides so far!
