“reliable rent every month

Pros

After trying a few other platforms and still running into trouble finding a tenant this one really helped me market my home effectively. The best part is the convenience of getting guaranteed rent on the same day every month which has been excellent.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind. As with any rental platform it can feel a little intimidating at first when you're just starting out.

Pros

Right away it made the rental process feel polished and professional. Being able to track each step of the progress and get timely communication really makes the whole experience feel smooth. After dealing with other situations where communication was poor having that kind of reliability here has been especially refreshing. The initial setup was also very simple and quick.

Getting started with was simple from day one and there was helpful guidance available at every stage. The website feels accessible and had everything I needed without any trouble. Customer service has been outstanding as well with quick answers whenever I called. Other than that the pricing is affordable compared to other companies and the level of support has been excellent throughout.

“Stable rent and real control

Pros

Using the platform to rent out my home has been a totally different experience from what I dealt with before. The guaranteed rent has been the biggest difference maker. I no longer have to worry about late payments or missed rent because I know the income shows up consistently every month. Their fees are also much lower than what traditional property managers usually charge but it actually feels like I'm getting more value not less. The leasing process moved quickly and efficiently and they got my property listed and occupied faster than I expected with dependable tenants. Another thing I appreciate is that it doesn't make me feel disconnected from my own property. I still have a sense of control and involvement as the owner while they take away a lot of the usual trouble that makes landlording frustrating. Their support team has been responsive and pleasant to work with and the platform is clear, accessible and simple to use. Overall it has given me both peace of mind and convenience and I'd gladly recommend it to other landlords who want a more modern option than expensive old school property management.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. At times I do end up handling a little more than I did with a local property manager but that tradeoff has absolutely been worth it because I now have more control, more peace of mind and I'm paying a lot less.

Pros

Having this software takes a lot of stress out of being a landlord. The guaranteed rent means I'm not worrying about covering my mortgage and the property protection plus 24/7 maintenance triage really make ownership feel much more manageable. A huge bonus is the cost! It charges only 4% compared with the 10% I'd typically pay a local property manager. I still stay involved with the property but that actually works for me since I used to live there and care about how it's handled. The last time I listed my place through this platform it was leased in about 9 days. Their tools are really strong especially the AI features that make putting together a solid listing incredibly simple.

Cons

At times I can get better pricing by hiring my own vendor instead of going through one of the softwares partners. I do wish their partner rates were more competitive because it's incredibly convenient to just click a button in the software portal and have someone sent out. Still I understand why that happens: on demand vendors from larger companies are naturally going to cost more than using my local handyman.
