“Awesome for a lease solution

Pros

It tracks a complex portfolio of leases with easy month end accounting reports which I like the most about it.

Cons

The interface is clunky in places which makes it hard for me to input data correctly in the right spots.

The features are excellent. Also it is easy to navigate, user-friendly and has a clean layout. Plus dashboard reminders are proven to be very useful for us for follow-ups.

Cons

Nomos beta versions need improvement. Though I contacted customer service who were helpful and fixed the issue quickly.

It is easy to use and well organized. And I especially like the timeline and how simple it is to manage events.

I wish I could open multiple pages at once since I often work on more than one property simultaneously.

Pros

Uploading documents, tracking event timelines and managing renewals or rent reviews is pretty simple with this system. Plus the user-friendly interface makes it simple to keep all our important files organized, stay updated on key dates and make timely changes ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Cons

Well I think it would be better if downloading reports in easy to read formats were simple.
