Well it does not fully meet our needs for managing tenancy and lease data as required.
Cons
The front page lacks a summary of tenancy and leases like total monthly rent payable which if available, I feel like would be helpful.

Plus the user-friendly interface makes it simple to keep all our important files organized, stay updated on key dates and make timely changes ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
