Pros
Since it is built on the ServiceNow platform, it offers significant flexibility.
Cons
A lack of understanding of our industry led to excessive customization without fully grasping the downstream effects. While Nuvolo offers good support, the system requires several in-house support personnel who fully understand the product to manage, maintain, and update it constantly.

Cons
