Nuvolo is good but not great

Pros

Since it is built on the ServiceNow platform, it offers significant flexibility.

Cons

A lack of understanding of our industry led to excessive customization without fully grasping the downstream effects. While Nuvolo offers good support, the system requires several in-house support personnel who fully understand the product to manage, maintain, and update it constantly.

IWMS- Nuvolo Review

Pros

Integrated with the ServiceNow platform, IWMS offers the ability to manage various facility areas within a single system. It allows extensive customization, has an intuitive interface, includes a technician mobile app with offline capabilities, and listens to customer feedback to enhance its product and modules.

Cons

System documentation is lacking, there's no mobile app for end-users/customers, and the use of diagrams within the system could be improved.
