“Standout onboarding”
Pros
Right away the AI tool has been incredibly useful for quickly looking up answers to questions. The integrations across the platform are very helpful and the catering feature does a solid job of helping us stay on top of multiple orders and reservations. Getting started was also very easy because the onboarding team was phenomenal throughout the process.
Cons
One area that could still be improved is the communication between offices.

Pros
Something that really stands out is how quickly the customer service team responds and steps in to help. It always feels like they are actively trying to solve problems and keep improving the platform with new tools. Navigating the system is also very simple both from the user side and for customers who want to reserve a room online.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is the way cancelled bookings are handled. When a customer cancels I wish we could just remove the booking from the calendar directly instead of having to detach the invoice first.

Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how open the platform is when it comes to connecting with the other applications we use to run our coworking business.
Cons
At times the platform gets a little buggy. Some pages do not load properly although a quick refresh usually resolves it.

Pros
This has been a really powerful platform for us with a broad set of tools that covers billing management for private offices, team rooms, memberships and even conference room scheduling. Because it does so much certain parts can feel a bit complex at times but their customer support is very responsive and usually helps us sort things out quickly. The invoicing and contract tools are especially useful and are features our team relies on regularly. I also appreciate how well it connects with other tools we use like QuickBooks, Stripe and eZeep since that makes our workflow much more efficient. Even the initial setup (while it took a few days) was still fairly manageable and added to the overall positive experience.
Cons
A few features can be confusing to figure out. We have also received complaints from users who were signed up for autopay even though they did not manually opt in.

“Strong coworking integrations”
Pros
Compared with other tools for managing coworking spaces and meeting room bookings this one really stands out for how user friendly it is. Also connecting it with third party services to extend its functions is very easy and that added flexibility is hard to beat.
Cons
There are a handful of features we wish were included natively in the platform so we wouldn't need to rely on third party integrations for them. Still that feels like a small downside and it doesn't take away from how useful the software is overall.

“Smooth onboarding”
Pros
Getting the software onto our website was incredibly easy and Caleb (our onboarding rep) was great throughout the process. He helped us upload content and guided me step by step which made everything much easier to handle. The extra online materials and PDF resources have also given me the confidence to manage and maintain the platform on my own and even train other members of my team.
Cons
At this stage I really don't have any complaints. I'm very satisfied with both the service and the functions of the tool.

“All in one coworking win”
Pros
Running a rural co working space feels much more manageable with this software because it brings everything into one place. We can handle invoicing, keep track of memberships, manage hot desk and boardroom bookings and give members access to an online platform without juggling multiple tools. Their customer service has also been amazing and the whole experience has been really positive from the initial sales conversations through onboarding.
Cons
The backend takes a bit of time to learn at first but the support team has been very responsive and helpful throughout.

Pros
Shifting our operation out of my head and off paper into this platform has probably been the best decision we've made for the business. Having room bookings for all 7 spaces in one calendar, keeping every lease in a single place and offering frictionless purchase flows has made it much easier for customers to return again and again.
Cons
One thing that feels different now is customer support seems harder to reach than it used to be. While we were getting up to speed with the system it was incredibly valuable to have someone just a chat message away.

Pros
Getting around this software feels very simple and flexible. It keeps our team organized and current when it comes to charging memberships and reserving meeting rooms. The new Visitor Hub has also been really useful for tracking visitors and guests. We've genuinely enjoyed rolling out their newer features. On top of that their customer support has been outstanding! They respond to requests and questions the same day and consistently work with us to find solutions.
Cons
One thing we'd really like to see is an integration with Square since that would make charging members for additional costs much more efficient and smooth.
