As someone who owns a property management company, I have tried many different platforms over the years but nothing matches up to ONR. It combines modern design with user-friendly features, making it super easy for both my team and residents to use. ONR has completely changed how we manage our communities and has helped us provide an outstanding experience for our residents. The platform is sleek, responsive and truly userfocused, something that's rare in this industry. It has raised the bar for community management and we are absolutely thrilled with it!

Initially I expected onboarding to be tough but their support team has been consistently available and very helpful.

Pros
Convenience is such a huge benefit. Online voting allows condo residents to cast their votes from anywhere with an internet connection, making it far more convenient than traditional in-person voting.
Cons
One concern is the digital divide, not every condo resident has internet access or feels comfortable with digital tools, which could lead to uneven participation.

Pros
I love being able to use it to participate in my association's votes remotely since I can rarely make the meetings in person. Also getting text messages is fantastic because emails are generally hard to keep track of.
Cons

Pros
The app is super user friendly. My parents live in the same building and switching them from paper to the app only took about a week and they were chatting on the bulletin board and connecting with other residents just like in any usual HOA meeting. I really appreciate how easy it is.
Cons
I haven't come across any app features that fulfill that specific need yet.

This product is incredibly convenient for our condo owners. The customer service is fantastic, they respond quickly whenever we have questions. We have been using it for about four years now and we are very happy with it.

“I wouldn't recommend it!
Pros
I appreciate that we can upload HOA documents to the website so residents can easily access them whenever they need.
Cons
We paid extra for this software because we wanted the feature to reserve and pay for pool time in our HOA. The software has had issues from the very beginning, the confirmation for any reservation is always off by 24 hours. We have tried working with their team but they don't seem to listen and have been either unwilling or unable to fix the problem and we also requested that they remove some irrelevant language from the site, they did it once but now it's back again. Overall the whole experience has been really frustrating and has made our HOA board look bad in front of the residents.
