smart calendar integration

Pros

The calendar integration has been really useful and the platform is very user friendly overall. Being able to instantly see which dates are open or check availability against the active reservation calendar makes it much simpler to schedule cleaning and maintenance. That has organized a big part of the process in between bookings.

Cons

A limitation is that it's still web based and there isn't an app available yet.

dynamic scheduling powerhouse

Pros

Bringing this into our workflow let us merge maid scheduling and property management into one flexible and dynamic platform. Having everything in a single interface has made a big difference for us especially as we've expanded the vacation rental management side of our cleaning business. It really helped move the business forward and took us up another level.

Cons

Getting the front end setup in place felt a bit unclear at first and definitely required some time to work through but that tends to happen with strong systems. The more effort you put into learning it the more value you get back and in our case the learning has absolutely been worth it.

time saving platform

Pros

Using this program has been incredibly easy and it has saved me countless hours that I used to spend handling scheduling manually.

Cons

There is one property I manage that has four listings and the software fails to detect the fourth one. Because of that it does not coordinate with the other three when it comes to scheduling a same day turnover for that property. It took my team and me a few instances to figure out that those turnovers were not being scheduled.

flexible tools for operations

Pros

One of the best things about it is how much you can customize it to fit the way your business actually works. A lot of other platforms make you adapt to their built in workflows and processes and that's not realistic for plenty of companies. It gives you a strong level of customization along with all the features needed to keep daily operations running efficiently.

Cons

The interface could definitely use a visual refresh. That said the product is highly functional which matters most.
