“Great for rental task management”
Pros
Running a vacation rental management company has gotten much more manageable with this software. As our portfolio has expanded and we've taken on more homes, it has done a really good job helping us stay on top of key tasks like cleanings, inspections and maintenance requests. It also syncs with the calendar in our booking CRM which makes automating task reminders incredibly convenient.
Cons
The platform is very user friendly overall but the part I like least is some of the filtering options in the CRM. Since I'm the one who handles reconciling and auditing monthly cleaning and maintenance tasks that process can end up being more tedious and time consuming than it really should be.

“Amazing support and workflow”
Pros
One of the best parts of using it has been the strong support from the team. It has also made our workflow much more organized and helps take a lot of the trouble out of managing tasks.
Cons
The biggest thing missing right now is a mobile app. It would also be really helpful if reports could be emailed directly to owners from within the platform.

“Housekeeping communication win!”
Pros
Has become an essential part of how we handle housekeeping and maintenance. It gives our team and homeowners a reliable way to stay in touch, keep tabs on maintenance problems and share photo and video updates for better reporting.
Cons
Some of the integrations still fall short with our PMS. We'd really like homeowner and PM blocks to sync into this automatically since we currently have to enter them by hand and it becomes hard to manage when those dates get updated.

Pros
Does much more than just handle routine issues and task tracking, it really covers the daily work that's essential to keeping a property management company running well.
Cons
Something I'd still like to see is a full integration with our PMS. Right now we're using iCal as the connection method and having a complete direct integration would be much more useful.

Pros
The web app works really well and the individual checklists along with task evaluations make daily operations much more organized and efficient.
Cons
A limitation is that if the first person rejects a job the task can't be reassigned automatically to someone else. Because of that the task distribution is only semi automatic instead of fully automated.

Pros
There are honestly so many good things to say about this software that listing them all would turn into a very long review. It covers everything from task automation and employee management to reporting, housekeeping, operations, front desk and maintenance and it handles all of it incredibly well in one feature rich platform. On top of that the detailed reporting and smooth integrations really put it in a different league. Managing staff and vendors is incredibly simple and the automatic payroll calculations save a lot of time since all that's left to do is review, approve and pay out. Our service providers genuinely enjoy working with this especially because of the detailed checklists that can be customized to fit specific needs. The email and SMS notifications are another standout feature that we depend on heavily to keep both staff and vendors informed. The master calendar deserves a special mention too. The way it lays out tasks and information in such a clean, accessible interface makes daily task management feel much more organized and manageable.
Cons
I really have nothing to complain about. We've been using this for the past 6 months and it has worked flawlessly the entire time.

“ALL in one vacation rental tool”
Pros
Running vacation rentals feels much more manageable with this platform. It covers everything from scheduling and the guest services app to door access management and it's all very simple to use.
Cons
It's been excellent overall. The only thing I'm really waiting on is more updates to the guest app since that part is still fairly new.

Pros
Right away the automation made a huge difference for us. Whenever a new booking comes in the cleanings are created automatically, sent straight to our cleaners to accept or decline and the whole process keeps moving from there without extra work on our end. If we ever want to adjust something to fit a specific setup that's flexible too. Our cleaners picked it up quickly and haven't had any issues using it. The onboarding process and customer support have both been excellent. On top of that the pricing is hard to beat.
Cons
At first glance the platform can feel a bit overwhelming but there's helpful guidance built in that makes things clearer as you go. It's also not quite as polished looking as some competing options though it functions exactly the way we need it to.

“better scheduling and fewer misses”
Pros
After struggling with the housekeeping tool built into our property management system switching to VR Scheduler has made a huge difference for our team. We were dealing with constant confusion, missed cleans and too much of my time going into weekly scheduling. We decided to try it after hearing good feedback from other local management companies and it has been a much better fit. Now we can schedule a wide range of tasks far more efficiently and the system clearly alerts us to scheduling conflicts and updates them visually so things do not get overlooked.
Cons
One thing that would help me a lot is having more prerecorded video walkthroughs that show how to complete certain tasks step by step. The software is very detailed which is useful but at times it can feel like too much information without someone guiding me through what each feature does. That is partly just my personal learning style although I think it would help other users too. I would also really like to see a mobile app for our staff especially because we operate in very rural areas where service can be unreliable.

Once everything is configured the platform pretty much runs on its own. It saves a lot of time keeps me organized and the reminders are especially useful for tasks that might otherwise get missed. It has definitely helped us deliver a better customer experience.
Cons
The reporting side is not very easy to learn on your own and the printout features feel like they are missing a bit of detail although that may partly be due to how I am using it.

The platform keeps improving and its ongoing commitment to automation feels ahead of other products in this space. Even beyond how strong the software is, the customer support has been absolutely outstanding. I really can't say enough about how much their team genuinely cares about our business. They stay accessible and responsive because they understand how critical it is to support and manage cleaning and maintenance in the short term rental industry.

Pros
The schedule calendar, finish checklists and booking calendars have been really useful and being able to add booking dates in bulk saves a lot of time.
Cons
Every now and then I set something on the scheduler but when I come back later the cleans have reverted to the original day and I end up having to schedule them again. I also wish cleaner notes from completed jobs could be viewed directly in the completion email instead of having to log in to check them.

Number of settings you can customize in this software is impressive. It can be adapted very closely to the way your business operates. Since we started using this software it has saved us an incredible amount of time. It also helps cut down on human error.
Cons
Using it on a smartphone is not very convenient. It can also take some time to learn on your own since the interface is not the most user friendly but their support team is excellent and does a lot to make up for that.

After the initial setup the system is fairly simple to work with. I can finish my scheduling in just a few minutes and by the time I need to send payments to my housekeepers everything has already been calculated. My housekeepers have been very happy with it too. It is a very comprehensive platform with lots of features that can support different business needs.
Cons
Getting everything configured does take some time at the beginning but once it is all in place using it feels effortless.

Connecting it to our existing PMS was very simple. VRS imported our current reservation data quickly and we were able to set up recurring cleans and other housekeeping tasks without much delay. The onboarding process has been excellent and the continued support has been just as strong.
Cons
Not every workflow feels accessible right away. Setting up owner notifications in our own preferred format took a bit of trial and error to understand. After it's configured it works perfectly but reaching that point was the tricky part.
