Online payments made easy

Pros

It is simple to use and makes tracking tenant payments pretty easy too. Plus collecting rent on the first of the month has become much easier for me now.

Cons

We faced some initial problems with the system but those have been fixed now.

Everything about it is simple

Pros

The setup and ease of use are really simple with it. Overall I would say there is nothing complicated about it at all.

Great for small businesses

Pros

Payment processing and tenant portals are very much important for our business to run smoothly and the good thing is that it has it. Plus its interface is also slick and easy for all the tenants to use.

Cons

It does not connect with our accounting software or some parts of our workflow which is a drawback.

Makes collecting rent easier

Pros

I appreciate how user friendly it is and the customer support is always when needed. Overall payquad is pretty quick and timely with help when we ask for it.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as a con since we only use the rent collection feature.

Customer support is superb

Pros

Having the customer support team assist tenants and site staff takes the pressure off our head office when troubleshooting issues is something I truly appreciate.

Really helped streamline everything

It is really easy to navigate and offers tenants payment options plus maintenance requests and messaging right at their fingertips. This has helped us save money and improve daily operations. Plus it connects smoothly with our back-end systems which is fantastic.

Very simple and actually works

Pros

Our tenants find the user experience easy. The hardest part is convincing them to give it a try but once they do they are hooked.

Cons

The challenge is getting site staff on board and encouraging our tenants to use PayQuad. As it really depends on the site team's willingness to push it.

Payquad's customization and ease of use stand out. They worked with us to onboard their platform into our management software smoothly, boosting productivity by cutting down the manpower needed for deposits. Plus features like Maintenance Requests help keep tasks organized and offer analytics to track ongoing issues needing more attention.

Cons

Like any successful company PayQuad aims for perfection. And we are looking forward to them adding more features to become a complete management software like a true one-stop solution.
