“Reliable fraud screening tool
Pros
It has been really effective at cutting down fraudulent applications without making the process complicated. It's dependable, simple to work with and it makes screening much more efficient. On top of that the data feels accurate and trustworthy so the overall value for the price has been very strong.
Cons
From time to time if income amounts fluctuate the platform doesn't always identify them as recurring income. That said it's still manageable because we can review the income annually instead and the information is laid out clearly enough that it's easy to check and confirm.

Customer service has been excellent and the platform is highly configurable while still being easy for both staff and applicants to use. One of our properties has AMI units and the software was able to set up a separate workflow customised to those additional requirements.
Cons
The only downside and it's hardly even a real issue is that some financial institutions are unable or unwilling to integrate. It doesn't happen often and when it does their team is quick to handle the next steps.

“CMS integration is a huge win
Pros
Having this software built directly into our CMS has made a big difference in how we work. We're able to handle the entire screening process in one place instead of constantly switching between platforms to run checks. That connection saves time, keeps things more organized and helps our team stay efficient throughout the day. All in all this has been a really valuable tool for simplifying and organizing our screening workflow.
Cons
One issue we've run into with this software is that some banks don't always connect correctly through the platform. When that happens prospects can't link their accounts and it ends up delaying the screening process. It's not something that occurs constantly but it is an area we'd definitely like to see improved so the experience is more consistent for both our team and applicants.

“Secure income checks and ID verification
Pros
It really cuts through all the noise. It lets us verify someone's income efficiently through bank verification which gives me a much more dependable source to reference when approving applications. It's also very helpful for confirming other types of income like Doordash and Uber/Lyft. Other than that we love being able to verify ID with just a click before authorizing a prospect for a self guided tour.
Cons
The only frustration we run into is when a prospect's bank won't connect but that seems more like an issue with the banking institution itself than with this software.

Across all of our properties this has made a huge difference in reducing fraud and helping us bring in qualified applicants who can actually afford the rent for the full lease term. I use it at every site and would absolutely recommend it to any property management company. At one of my 1000 unit properties we were carrying nearly $800000 in aged receivables and after putting this system in place we're now closing each month between $25000 and $30000.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any real complaints and would strongly recommend this system to others. The only problem we've run into has been occasional connection issues with the banks.

One of the biggest things that sets this software apart has been the personal attention. We even have our account manager's cell number and she's always quick to get back to us when something comes up. Their team took the time to understand how we work and made changes that matched our workflow including a few enhancements we had specifically requested. The new Entrata integration has been a huge win removing a lot of manual work and saving our staff a significant amount of time by eliminating the need to manually send invites and upload documents.
Cons
Nothing major comes to mind but it would be really helpful if there were a feature that displayed the last 12 months of rent payments directly from an applicant's bank data including payment amounts and dates so we could get a clearer picture of how consistently they pay on time.

Right away having the account summary on the front page is something I really appreciate.
Cons
I do wish there were an additional section showing income by month. Right now it's only broken into a 12 month total, a 3 month average and a 12 month average.

A friend who manages 20 doors pointed me to this software while I only handle 4 and it ended up being incredibly accessible to get started. Signing up and setting up the trial was quick and I was able to request my first income verification for a tenant applicant without any trouble. I used to handle this process manually and it would eat up several hours. After entering my applicant's information into the system the income verification was returned in about 45 minutes and I had the lease sent out and signed within the hour. Verifying an applicant's income has honestly never felt this simple and my new tenant also felt the fee they had to pay was very reasonable.
Cons
The mobile experience wasn't as user friendly as using it on a desktop.

Having this in place gives us a lot of peace of mind and helps protect us from applicants submitting fake bank records and pay stubs. It also connects effortlessly with our property management software which makes the whole process even better.
Cons
Only small thing I'd want changed is having the mobile number auto fill the same way the applicant's name and email do when it syncs with our property management software. Other than that it's basically a non issue.
