I really appreciate that energy management, lease management, property and tenant-related accounting and budgeting tools are all available in a user-focused system with customizable features based on specific needs. Integration of energy management with existing hardware also enables effective monitoring and analysis of energy performance across multiple properties which is highly beneficial for us
Cons
It could be improved by offering a free trial for new users to help them get started more easily. At present, payment options include monthly and yearly plans adding a quarterly subscription could provide us with a more flexible and balanced alternative.
