“Powerful accounting and property tools

Pros

Using this software for both accounting and property management has been really easy. You can place all of one owners properties under a single owner profile so all of their funds stay together in one ledger which makes things much easier to track. The statements are also clear and simple to read. Oher than that posting transactions like rent or invoices is very quick and uncomplicated.

Cons

One downside is that it isn't cloud based so there's no portal access for owners or tenants. It also doesn't let you post photos or upload inspection reports.
