I am able to manage all my residential and commercial properties in one simple and user friendly place. Also it is perfect for billing and managing accounts payable.

Well I wish there was an option to separate residential and commercial properties in the system.

Pros

Property Boulevard provides real time updates so whenever I log in, I know exactly how the business is doing. Also it has strong accounting features and works well for both commercial and residential properties.

Cons

The interface is simple and clean so I don't really have many complaints. Plus the customer support is responsive though it would be great if they offered longer hours for users on the East Coast.

Pros

It helps us keep all the properties we manage well organized. Plus the reporting tools ensure we renew leases on time, never miss rent increases and handle CAM reconciliations smoothly.

Cons

Payroll features are limited and there is no drill down option in reports. Plus we cannot create custom reports from data unless we know how to use Crystal Reports programming.
