Great cloud access

Pros

Using it has been really easy and having apps for both iPad and phone means I can get to everything wherever I am. The system feels very user friendly and there's plenty of online support and training available so it's quick to find answers whenever questions come up. Since it's cloud based it's going to save us a lot of time compared with the system we used before.

Cons

Tasks and templates don't currently have categories for things like leases, vacates and inspections.

Good app for property management

Pros

My job as a property manager has become much more manageable as I have been using this software daily. The online platform is simple to figure out and supports all the regular tasks I need to handle. The mobile app has been especially impressive letting me complete routine inspections as well as ingoing and outgoing reports without any trouble. It's also really convenient being able to access all my tenant and landlord information instantly through the app. Having those details available wherever I am has been a huge advantage!

Cons

At times the software does glitch a bit particularly on the phone app and I usually need to restart it a couple of times.

well laid out and accessible

Pros

Everything is laid out really well and the platform feels very user friendly. Moving around the site is flexible and easy.

Cons

Switching over from REST and getting everything set up was quite difficult. It required a lot of manual work and most of the training focused on setup rather than how to use it day to day.

Pros

It speeds up a lot of my daily tasks which helps me get things finished much quicker.

Cons

One issue is that tenants who vacate while in arrears don't always get removed from the arrears list.

reliable daily property management

Pros

Both my tenants and I use it every day and it consistently works without any issues. Whenever support is needed the customer service team is very helpful and responsive.

Cons

The pricing is pretty average compared with similar products so it's not really a bargain. That said it covers everything you need and even offers more.
