Pros

It has made a big difference in my work when I need to reach property owners and building managers to get access. One thing I really appreciate is that if any details are wrong, you can report the incorrect name or phone number so other users will know the information needs to be corrected. Having current email addresses available at times is also a huge plus. Overall it has been an invaluable resource for me.
