Pros
Managing my commercial real estate portfolio with this company turned out to be a fairly satisfying experience. The software feels user-friendly and simple so keeping up with leases, maintenance tasks and financials was pretty simple. On top of that, the customer support team responded quickly and was helpful whenever I had questions.
Cons
There were a few small software glitches along the way and they did affect our overall experience somewhat. I also felt the platform could use more customization options so it can better match specific business needs. In general, it's a decent choice for commercial real estate management but the functions and flexibility still have room to improve.
