frustrating fit for hotels

Pros

The concept of having an all in one app that cuts down on paperwork and helps improve efficiency across the hotel is definitely appealing.

Cons

In practice though the interface just doesn't work well for the fast paced demands of hospitality. The cleaning app regularly skips rooms and lacks the features needed to properly track room accountability. The maintenance side feels bulky and difficult for staff to use. A lot of things are also hard to locate and there's no search feature to help. It also doesn't include employee scheduling or time clock functions. Overall the entire app falls short.

Clean layout and full flexibility

Pros

Right away the polished layout and quick access stood out to me. A lot of software can feel awkward or cluttered but this one is organized, neat and pleasant to use!

Cons

Honestly it was customizable enough that I never really ran into anything to complain about. I don't have any real cons to mention.

Great for hotel operations

Pros

Having used this software for a while now I still feel it's worth repeating how impressive this product is. There are so many reasons I'm a fan of it: communication tracking, housekeeping tools, shift-change cash counts and plenty more! I recommend it to all of my friends in the hotel industry because it's incredibly helpful for everyday operations.

Cons

The mobile app still has limited functions compared to the full version.

Pros

Using this software made it simple to keep every department organized and communication between teams was much more easy.

Cons

Software itself worked well but the problem I kept running into was employees not checking their notifications or acknowledging items which ended up causing confusion.

Modern design and simple adoption

Pros

The modern layout and user friendly design make this software very approachable so associates can start using it with very little training.

Cons

It would be even better with more integrations to other systems since that would cut down on the amount of manual data entry needed in the software.

reliable log book communication

Pros

Log book communication works really well and being able to see the list of people who have read each message is especially useful.

Cons

Process of getting the inspection checklist set up could be better. I wish we could build our own checklists the way Jolt software allows and monthly training classes would also be helpful.

All in one maintenance powerhouse

Pros

Pretty much everything about this product has been excellent. It's very user friendly and the click and select setup makes it simple to handle whatever you need (from loading a to do list to tracking maintenance for all of our products and machinery). It also works really well for posting construction projects that need to be completed.

Cons

Something I'd still like to see is a monthly reporting page. It would be helpful to have a report showing that all of our room PMs and machinery PMs have been completed with the option to print it out and post it.

simple to run and train

Pros

Operating the system is easy which makes daily use very convenient. It's also quick to teach someone else how to use and managing everything in it is just as simple.

Cons

There really isn't anything I dislike. If anything maybe there could be a simpler way to log in.

customizable and team friendly

Pros

From the start the user friendly layout makes it comfortable to work with. The options can be customized in a lot of ways and everything is simple to understand. Every department can handle the required operational tasks and enter information that the whole team is able to view.

Cons

A limitation is that only certain managers can see the required tasks still left for the month. I wish that visibility option were available to all team members as well.

Pros

Getting started with it was quick and using it day to day feels very simple. It helps my entire team stay in touch and keep track of different areas that need attention on a daily basis.

Cons

We'd still like more reporting options along with the ability to customize the dashboard so we can better see progress in the specific areas we monitor each month.

user friendly service first ticketing

Pros

Compared with other ticketing systems I've used, this one is a clear step above. It's built with usability in mind and handles tickets from a customer service perspective which makes the whole process feel much more practical.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is photo uploads, when I attach pictures they get stored on the device (and the ticket information does too).

Pros

The log book layout really works well. It keeps communication casual and natural while still making sure the message gets across clearly.

better communication

Pros

Keeping everyone aligned across the hotel has become much simpler with this software. Every department can communicate clearly and stay aware of what's happening in the rest of the property. It has really brought all the teams together and improved communication so nothing gets overlooked.

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints about this software. We've tried a lot of different ways to keep our team connected and this has been the best one by far.

outstanding platform

Pros

Pretty much every part of this software works for me and I honestly can't point to anything in it that I dislike or don't use. The concept behind it is excellent and it fits well across the industry. It's a very strong communication tool for a business when it's used the way it's intended. Even using only half of what it offers can still make a noticeably positive impact.

Cons

There's very little here that I'd change because I genuinely appreciate almost everything about it. The one thing that would take it to the next level is having more flexibility to tailor it around how each organization operates. That customization piece still feels limited and there are quite a few restrictions because of it. Even with that it's still a brilliant tool.

strong concept, too many bugs

Pros

There's a lot to appreciate about the idea behind this platform and the way it can support our team. It has real value for communication, tracking guest service activity, managing preventive maintenance tasks and keeping up with rounds and readings. The software clearly has a lot of potential and if a hotel sets it up and implements it the right way it could do quite a bit for daily operations.

Cons

Biggest frustration has been the constant bugs. It sometimes feels like the product tried to roll out too many things too quickly. The mobile app in particular can be unstable and glitchy. When everything is functioning properly it performs really well but there are definitely moments when some features still seem like they're in beta.

Tasks all in one place

Pros

Keeping up with our building PMs is much more organized with this program. It puts everything I need right at my fingertips which really helps organize the whole process.

Cons

Something that really needs work is the push notifications. I end up having to uninstall and reinstall the app every few days just to get them working again on my phone and that's pretty frustrating. It's an inconvenience and definitely gets on my team's nerves too.

web based visibility I love

Pros

Being webbased is a huge plus because I can keep up with what's happening at the hotel without actually needing to be on site.

Cons

The price feels a bit high and I really wish it were a little more affordable. It's also somewhat tricky to learn at the beginning so proper training is definitely necessary.
