Pros

Visitor management, facility booking and issue reporting are all built in which makes the platform very useful for handling daily facility management. It's user friendly and works well for daily operations.

Cons

From the user side the facility booking section doesn't show the unit number which should be included. It would also help if CMS users had a simpler printing option in the booking section to generate weekly or monthly booking reports.

“tenant communication in one app”

Pros

With property management changing all the time what we appreciated most about this software was having our own app at a reasonable price. It gives our management team a direct way to connect with every tenant while also giving them access to all the information tied to their lease.

Cons

As it stands the product is very good and useful for everyone involved and it clearly has plenty of potential to keep growing and evolving \with some room for further improvement.

“Good digitized client experience”

Pros

Software helped us move our clients experience into a digital workflow. The platform is user friendly for both the admin side and the end user side. I'd definitely recommend it because it supports process automation, cash flow management and data tracking really well.

Cons

Any features we needed were actually taken into consideration and developed which was a big plus :)
