“user friendly platform and responsive team
Pros
One thing I appreciate most about it is how user friendly it is. The interface, the way the application functions and how it interacts with users all make it much easier to understand and use. On top of that the communication between AUB and the software team has been very strong. Whenever I reach out the employee is available to listen and address comments right away. That has made my work much more manageable. Also worth mentioning is how open the people I deal with are to feedback since I usually see my comments resolved directly.
Cons
Only issue I am dealing with is really connected to our AUB community rather than this software itself. I have not been able to attract a large number of users yet and that is the challenge I am trying to solve. I would like to find a way to encourage more people from the AUB community to start using the application.

It ended up fitting exactly what we needed at Cohort because we were able to customize it from top to bottom. It also connected well with our existing software stack and with their help we were even able to build in additional functions on the platform.
Cons
There honestly haven't been many downsides. The only thing I'd still want is to see more features rolled out but that seems to be improving as the product scales and has been picking up lately.

Running our daily operations has become much more manageable with this app. It gives us a clear way to keep track of client bookings and transactions and the dashboard lays everything out in a way that's simple to follow which has helped cut down on a lot of admin work. We've been very pleased with how well the app performs and the support from the team has been outstanding. They've consistently been responsive and attentive whenever we've needed help.
Cons
At this point we really haven't run into any issues. The app has been incredibly helpful in supporting our daily operations. It allows us to stay on top of client bookings and transactions without trouble and the dashboard makes the information very clear which reduces the amount of administrative work on our side. We're very satisfied with the app overall and the support from their team has been exceptional. Their quick response and willingness to assist have really stood out.

The feed, reporting and issue tools (plus the book space feature) have all been really valuable. The platform is easy to use for both our end users and our internal teams which makes a big difference day to day.
Cons
One downside is that we still rely on too many other integrated software tools within the app. I'd love to see it build out more native features that could replace some of those external systems.

Visitor management, facility booking and issue reporting are all built in which makes the platform very useful for handling daily facility management. It's user friendly and works well for daily operations.
Cons
From the user side the facility booking section doesn't show the unit number which should be included. It would also help if CMS users had a simpler printing option in the booking section to generate weekly or monthly booking reports.
