“Comprehensive training and excellent support
Pros
The step by step training and onboarding process was really well done. By the time we went live, we felt confident using the platform day-to-day.
Cons
Re-Leased covers everything we need right now. I am sure some things will come up eventually, but I don't have any suggestions for improvements at the moment.

“Had the worst time using it
Pros
I manage 17 LLCs so having one platform to log into and enter all invoices in one place is super helpful. This is what helped me a lot!
Cons
We have been trying to get onboarded for over a year now and have been handed off to four different account managers. Unfortunately things still aren't running quite right.

“Onboarding exoerience was great
Pros
It is so easy to use with a clean design. Alerts and notifications make sure nothing slips through the cracks and it also automates tasks whenever possible.
Cons
It's too early for me to say much about it yet. I'm still getting a feel for the system.

“Excellent support
Pros
The implementation went smoothly and our rep's support was outstanding. He helped us understand exactly what the software offers and made sure we used it to its full potential. He was always quick to respond and followed up on any questions we had during training.
Cons
Its Xero integration was a bit tricky because it was too easy to pick the wrong sync date, which caused some issues.

Pros
Being web based with apps makes it easy to use on any workstation, tablet or phone. The software automates all our regular tasks and works as a single point of data capture. Integration with Xero accounting is nearly flawless.
Cons
Handling contacts isn't always easy, especially for people who don't use the system often but it's a minor thing that gets better with experience.

I love how easy it is to use. The interface is simple but effective and they are always improving based on client feedback. The recent service charge improvements have made a big difference for us.
Cons

Pros
This software will save me about 400 hours a year, which is roughly 20% of my work time. I'm excited to spend that time on more creative projects and growing the business.
Cons
I was searching for a solution for two years. I checked out many platforms but none really offered a professional-ready product like Re-Leased does. They truly understand the real estate industry better than others.

Pros
Re-Leased is really adaptable. If you have used apps before, you will find it pretty easy to get the hang of. Of course, setting it up and getting everything running smoothly takes some work but they handle a lot of it for you behind the scenes. Also some setup effort is just part of any new system. The team is super friendly, easy to reach and quick to respond. I'm really happy with how the system manages our portfolio now, with very little daily input needed from us.
Cons
The few issues I have are very minor and mostly about how I would like the system to work differently, not actual problems. The great thing is they listen to its users and often adds features people request.

I've used many property management software packages and in the short time I have used this one, it's by far the best. It's easy to work with and getting the info you need is just a click away. The interface looks good and has everything needed to run an efficient property management service. I'm really excited about working with it moving forward.
