TeleMed addresses the primary challenge of illness: accessing medical care promptly and conveniently. This solution streamlines the process of obtaining a diagnosis and medication for sudden, short-term ailments. When I wake up with sinusitis, I can promptly schedule an appointment or call on TeleMed, receive a prompt response from a doctor, and if necessary, obtain a prescription quickly.
Cons
I don't have much to criticize. I wish I could apply this to ALL my medical appointments, but there are certain issues that only an in-person doctor can address.
