One of the biggest strengths of this software is how reliable the audit trail and financial data integrity are. Every transaction is clearly recorded and connected to the right lease, property and owner which gives us a lot of confidence in the accuracy of the system. The detailed, customizable owner statements are also a huge plus and the fact that they can be sent automatically has gone a long way in building strong trust with our clients.
Cons
Honestly I have no complaints. They consistently deliver on time, stay highly responsive and are always available whenever we need support :)

Pros
Its biggest strength is the open API and the depth of its integrations. We've been able to connect it without any issues to our custom accounting system, Slack for maintenance notifications and Zapier to automate lead flow from our website. It really works as the central hub for our entire tech stack which is exactly what we were looking for.
Cons
No complaints to highlight. We were genuinely impressed by how well they understood our business and how quickly they were able to adapt to our needs.

Pros
Managing our facilities has changed dramatically with this software. It gives us one clear view across all leased, owned and managed properties which makes it much simpler to keep up with maintenance timelines, rental revenue and contract renewals. The automation tools cut down a lot of repetitive admin work and the platform is flexible enough for us to build custom workflows that match the way our facilities operate. We also really value how well it connects with Dynamics 365 giving us real time insight into both financials and operations across the organization.
Cons
There's a lot of power in the system although some of our less technical staff did feel the initial configuration was a little complicated. A more guided onboarding process or built in tutorials would definitely help with adoption. That said once everything is set up correctly the platform is extremely stable and dependable.

Having worked with a range of real estate management platforms this has been one of the most flexible and scalable options we've used. Since it's built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 it delivers enterprise level performance and connects smoothly with other Microsoft tools. The customization capabilities are excellent and we've been able to modify it successfully for very different client requirements from small real estate agencies to largescale developers. Their technical support team has also been responsive and professional which has made the onboarding process go very well.
Cons
Because the platform includes such a wide range of features it can feel a bit overwhelming for smaller businesses that only need core functions. A lighter edition or a more modular pricing model would make it more accessible for those types of clients.

The multilingual support especially in English and Arabic is another major benefit for our regional operations.
Cons
The platform is powerful but the initial setup and customization can take quite a bit of time especially for teams that don't have strong technical expertise. The interface works well enough though it could definitely use a more modern and accessible design. That said once the configuration is finished the system performs very well and delivers excellent results.

Using this software has made a huge difference for our healthcare organization. We can now manage multiple hospital facilities, leased spaces and staff housing all from one centralized platform which has really simplified daily operations. The Dynamics 365 integration is especially valuable because it lets us keep track of lease agreements, maintenance timelines and rent payments right inside the ERP system we already use.
Cons
Getting everything set up at the beginning does take some time especially for team members who are not very technical. A few of the more advanced customization options are not as flexible as they could be but their support team was fast, helpful and responsive whenever we needed guidance.

Pros
Handling complex commercial leases is where this software really delivers. Built in features such as automated CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliation, expense escalations and custom billing cycles all work flawlessly. The document management system is equally essential for us especially for keeping lease abstracts, vendor contracts and certificates of insurance organized in one place.

Pros
Having the automation in place has been a huge relief. The online tenant portal for rent payments and maintenance requests has cut down the constant back and forth of phone calls and emails in a major way. On top of that the financial reporting has been amazing! Creating profit and loss statements for each property is now a one-click task and it has made tax season so much easier to handle.
Cons
There's nothing worth complaining about here. The automation alone has been a lifesaver.
