Pros
Handling prospect emails takes far less time with this tool because I no longer need to reply to each one individually which lets me get much more done within the same amount of time :)
Cons
One thing I don't like is that when the same person reaches out through multiple websites they show up as separate leads.

“user friendly design and customization”
Pros
From the start the biggest selling point for us was how user friendly everything feels! The design is excellent, the customer support has been really solid and the ability to customize certain features makes integration much more convenient!
Cons
The only downside is that it's a little more expensive than some other optionslike Yardi and Rentcafe :(
