It really feels like a complete solution for agencies that want to grow efficiently without losing control of compliance and reporting.
Cons
That said it does take time to get comfortable with the system because it requires some time to get used to. Also the interface can seem clunky or not very accessible for new users. The price is also quite high so it can be a major investment that smaller agencies may struggle to justify. Other than that support response times are not always consistent during major updates and because it is such a complex platform, teams need dedicated time to learn it which can reduce productivity at first.

“reliable integrations for estate agents”
Pros
Connecting it with external applications has been very simple and the endpoint documentation is well organized and clear which makes the integration process much easier. It has been an excellent platform to work with and it supports estate agents really well in their daily work.
Cons
There is nothing in particular I dislike about it. The only issue I've noticed is that webhook transaction log updates can be fairly delayed and that part could definitely use some improvement.
