Cons

As a new company, RefineRE doesn't yet have an extensive catalog of dashboards. This will surely improve over time.

Pros

I enjoy being able to generate reports, switch views, and filter by nearly any category. This allows us to analyze data and respond to specific inquiries instantly.

Cons

I haven't encountered any major issues. Ultimately, I'd like to integrate our FM database for benchmarking or at least be able to download and update data more frequently.

Pros

I liked how simple it was to use the tool and change the data presentation. The charts appeared quickly and without any hassle.

Cons

The software could be more visually attractive. The graphs are quite basic. It would be helpful to click into a specific graph to view the underlying data. There were many instances when I wanted to do this to remind myself of how the numbers were calculated.
